shadowgarden_-_ashen_gothic_rock_artworkOυσιαστικά οι Shadowgarden αποτελούνται από τους Andreas Hindenäs and Johan Ericsson και που και που την φιλική συμμετοχή της Lisa Johansson. Ο κύριος Ericsson και η κυρία Johansson είναι από το doom συγκρότημα Draconian όπως και ο Jerry Torstensson που είναι πίσω απο τα ντραμς. Gothic rock με πιασάρικές μελωδίες και φωνητικά και απλά και βαριά ριφς. Όσο για τα κομμάτια είναι καλά, δεμένα με κλασσικές για goth συγκρότημα δομές, εκετελέσεις και στίχους("so let these murky waters take me home i don't want to be left alone")καθώς και τίτλων τραγουδιών όπως With Love And A Bullet(όπου συμμετέχει και η προαναφερθείσα κυρία), The Withering Of Mine, Sorrow's Kitchen, Murky Waters. H αλήθεια είναι όμως πως το κάνουν καλά και με μπαλαντέρ τα γυναικεία φωνητικά έχουν έξτρα οπαδούς. Σαν μπόνους στο τελευταίο κομμάτι πρόσσθεσαν και μερικά brutal έτσι για να σπάσει λίγο η μονοτονία και καλά έκαναν.
