thebulletkings_coverΕιλικρινά δεν θες να τσαντίσεις αυτούς τους τύπους ή να τους γιουχάρεις από την σκηνή. Και γιατί το λέω αυτό; Τρεις Βρετανοί, παίζοντας old – school punk, γεμάτοι τατουάζ και κιλά, αυτό πιστεύω τα εξηγεί όλα. Όλα πάνω τους είναι old – school, μουσικά, εμφανισιακά, στο παίξιμο, στην παραγωγή, στη σύνθεση, στα πάντα. Και αυτό τους δίνει ένα συν που είναι αληθινοί σε αυτό που κάνουν. Μουσικά μοιάζουν με The Clash, Ramones, The Exploited και όποιον άλλον έχει παίξει ποτέ punk. Στιχουργικά νομίζω φαντάζεστε πάνω κάτω τι θα ακούσετε “Fuck you, I’ll kick you in the balls, Fuck the government” και άλλα τέτοια συναφή. Η φωνή του τραγουδιστή μοιάζει με πειρατή που σου απειλεί τη ζωή με το σπαθί και μπορείς να φανταστείς και τον παπαγάλο στον ώμο να ουρλιάζει. Ο δίσκος έρχεται και μ΄ ένα hidden track έτσι για να γεμίσει λίγο. Γενικά, πολύ true δίσκος, ξέρετε τι να περιμένετε και τι θα ακούσετε. Τώρα για μένα που δεν τα πάω καλά με αυτή τη μουσική θα τους βαθμολογήσω μόνο για το old – school πνεύμα τους. Μαγκιά τους.
