tombs_pathoftotalityΟι Tombs είναι μια μπάντα με ρίζες από το Brooklyn και τη Νέα Υόρκη. Ο συγκεκριμένος δίσκος ονομάζεται Paths of Totality. Το album αυτό έχει experimental, metal psychedelic και doom χαρακτηριστικά. Οι τρεις bandmates έχουν καταφέρει να οδηγούν το ακροατήριό τους σε μια εύθραυστη κατάσταση και σε ένα απαισιόδοξο κλίμα. Ο ήχος τους είναι εκρηκτικός, και τα φωνητικά εντείνουν την προβληματισμένη ατμόσφαιρα που δημιουργούν όλες οι συνθέσεις τους. Μου άρεσαν πολύ τα ρυθμικά των κομματιών. Η αίσθηση που δίνουν τα drums σε πολλά σημεία είναι ότι πρόκειται σύντομα κάτι να συμβεί, δημιουργούν το αίσθημα της αναμονής. Αρκετά ατμοσφαιρικοί θα έλεγα, χωρίς όμως να χάνουν την έντασή τους και την brutal προσωπικότητά τους.
