portrait_crimenlaesaemajestatisdivinaeΑναμφισβήτητα μια πολύ καλή δουλειά από τους Σουηδούς Portrait, με 80’s επιρροές οι οποίες όμως σε αυτή τους τη δουλειά ακούγονται πιο φρέσκες, πιθανότατα λόγω της παραγωγής. Οκτώ heavy-power συνθέσεις οι οποίες είναι πιο ώριμες από τις παλιότερες δουλειές τους και αν και λίγο μεγάλες σε διάρκεια, σε ξεσηκώνουν και σίγουρα έχουν πράγματα να σου πουν. Συνολικά σαν δίσκος είναι πολύ αξιόλογος με ωραία λογική σε τύμπανα, τις κιθάρες των Christian Lindell και Richard Lagergren να κλέβουν την παράσταση και τον καινούριο τραγουδιστή Per Karlsson να είναι μεν σωστός αλλά υπερβολικός ως προς το ύφος που δίνει στα κομμάτια. Αναμφισβήτητα έφερε κάτι καινούριο στη μουσική του συγκροτήματος αλλά η ισορροπία φωνητικών - μουσικής θέλει ακόμα ψάξιμο. Περιμένουμε τη συνέχεια!
