hackneyed_carnivalcadavreΟι Γερμανοί και αρκετά νέοι σε ηλικία Hackneyed κυκλοφόρησαν τον 3ο full length δίσκο τους από την Lifeforce Records και στην ουσία αυτό που προσπαθούν είναι να περάσουν με την νέα μόδα του να παίζουν πιτσιρίκο death metal Από τα προηγούμενα album τους μου είχαν τραβήξει την προσοχή σχετικά με τις τεχνικές ικανότητες που έχουν σε τόσο μικρή ηλικία αλλά και ότι έχουν καταφέρει πράγματα όπως το να παίξουν σε μεγάλα φεστιβάλ όπως Wacken κτλπ. Το album είναι σύγχρονο death metal με τις κλασικές μελωδίες κάποιους core ρυθμούς και ΤΡΟΜΕΡΑ brutal death φωνητικά. Groovy αλλά και γρήγοροι (blast beats στο θεό) μπορούν να χαρακτηριστούν ακραίοι και αν συνυπολογίσουμε και την τρομερή ενεργεία που βγάζουν επί σκηνής μαζί με την ειλικρινή δισκογραφική παρουσία τους έχουν μέλλον!
