augerbane_onwingsΗ συγκεκριμένη βρετανική μπάντα δημιουργήθηκε μόλις το έτος 2005 και το ¨On Wings Of Fallen Rock¨ είναι το ντεπούτο της album το οποίο πρωτοκυκλοφόρησε τα τέλη του 2007.Οι Auger Bane είναι μία πάρα πολύ καλή stoner rock-heavy metal μπάντα της οποίας η προσπάθεια επιβραβεύτηκε με τη συμμετοχή της στο φετινό Download Festival που θα λάβει χώρα στο Donington Park.Στο ¨On Wings Of Fallen Rock¨ οι Auger Bane ακούγονται όπως πρέπει. Καραβρώμικοι όσο δεν πάει άλλο. Ογκώδης, βρώμικη παραγωγή με την οποία τονίζεται το γρέζι και ο τσαμπουκάς .Οι συνθέσεις είναι κατά τι πιο γρήγορες και μοντέρνες από τις τυπικές stoner rock συνθέσεις πράγμα το οποίο επιτρέπει στην μπάντα να κινείται και στον ευρύτερο χώρο του κλασικού heavy rock και metal.Αν και το δεύτερό τους album (If This Is Peace Then Give Us War) το οποίο βρίσκεται στα σκαριά κινείται σε παρόμοια κατεύθυνση και έχουν εξελιχθεί ως συγκρότημα , τότε οι Auger Bane να μπορέσουν να κάνουν το ξεπέταγμά τους.
