joopwolters_falsepoetryΟ Joop Walters γεννήθηκε στο Middelburg της Ολλανδίας και έχοντας ασχοληθεί ενεργά με την μουσική από το 1995 με πολλά solo albums και συμμετοχή σε διάφορα projects δεν άργησε να χαρακτηριστεί ως ένας από τους καλύτερους δεξιοτέχνες κιθαρίστες. Το νέο του album, False Poetry έρχεται να μας δείξει κατά πόσο έχει ανεβάσει την απόδοση του και να μεγαλώσει ακόμα περισσότερο τον πυρήνα οπαδών του ανά τον κόσμο. Υπάρχουν πολλά και ενδιαφέροντα πράγματα στο album όπως το εναρκτήριο Sponge, ένα κομμάτι γραμμένο σε Dream Theater φόρμα με εξαιρετικό ήχο και ωραίες μελωδίες. Αλλά και σε πιο πειραματικά επίπεδα όπως το MI Corazon το οποίο είναι μια πολύ όμορφη σύνθεση με ένα Cuba feeling μια Ισπανική κιθάρα που φέρνει άνετα στο μυαλό τον Αl Dimeola. Το κομμάτι Universal Doupt ξεχωρίζει για τον fusion χαρακτήρα του αλλά και για τα πολύ εντυπωσιακά guitar solos. Ο Joop Walters δείχνει πως είναι ένας μουσικός με προσωπικότητα και αξίζει και με το παραπάνω την στήριξη του κόσμου. Ακούστε το False Poetry και δεν θα απογοητευτείτε.
