stevevai_wheretheotherwildthingsareΤο 2009 κυκλοφόρησε το Live DVD ''Where The Wild Things Are'' που αποτελούνταν από εικοσιεπτά κομμάτια αλλά στην CD έκδοση υπήρχαν μόνο τα δεκαπέντε. Το ''Where The Other Wild Things Are'' αποτελείται από όλα τα δώδεκα τραγούδια που δεν κατάφεραν να χωρέσουν στο προηγούμενο CD. Έτσι τώρα μπορούνε όλοι να απολαύσουν το φοβερό αυτό show του Vai στο State Theatre του Minneapolis και σε ακουστική μορφή μιας και προηγουμένως το προνόμιο αυτό το είχαν μόνο όσοι έκαναν preo-order την CD/DVD έκδοση και τους δινόταν ένας κωδικός με τον οποίο κατέβαζαν τον bonus δίσκο μέσω ίντερνετ. Στο Live εκείνο αρκετά από τα κομμάτια τα είχε ενορχηστρώσει ξανά ο Vai και τους έδωσε νέο αέρα. Ο δίσκος κυκλοφορεί επίσης και σε ψηφιακή μορφή ακόμα για όσους βαριούνται να πάνε σε κάποιο δισκοπωλείο να τον πάρουν.
